UBE1120 Bun & Roll Slicer
Through-cut and hinge-cut heads on one frame, for buns, rolls and bagels arriving in rows. Change the head, not the machine, when the SKU changes.

How it works
Fed in rows, not singles
Product comes off the cooler in rows and is cut in rows. No singulator in front, which is one machine and one failure point fewer.
Two cut styles, one frame
Through-cut and hinge-cut heads mount to the same frame. The hinged SKU stops being a reason to buy a second machine.
Tool-free head change
The head releases on cam latches. A crew changes it between SKUs without finding a spanner or an engineer.
