UBE5200 Basket Handling System
Buffers, transfers and routes returnable baskets between the packing end and the wash line, so the two do not have to run at the same rate.
Why it is specified
- Buffers between packing and wash, which lets each run at its own rate
- Routes dirty and clean baskets on one system without them meeting
- Modular runs — extend the buffer without replacing the transfer

How it works
Buffered between the two
Packing and washing rarely want to run at the same rate. The buffer lets each run at its own and meets in the middle.
Clean and dirty kept apart
Routing keeps returning baskets away from washed ones on one system, which is a hygiene argument as much as a layout one.
Extended, not replaced
Runs are modular. More buffer is more modules, rather than a new system and a new commissioning.
