UBE5100 Automatic Tray Stacker
Stacks loaded trays to a set height and releases the stack, at the end of a line where the alternative is two people and a bad back.
Why it is specified
- Stack height is set per SKU and held, so the dolly loads square every time
- Takes trays at line speed without a buffer conveyor ahead of it
- Removes the manual lift that is the most common injury at this end of the plant

How it works
Height per SKU
Stack height is stored against the product, so the dolly is loaded square and to the same height on every shift.
No buffer needed
It takes trays at line rate. A stacker that needs a buffer in front of it has simply moved the accumulation somewhere less convenient.
The lift, removed
This is the manual task that most often puts someone off work at the packing end. Automating it is usually the easiest safety case in the plant.
