UBE5140 Tray Destacker
Feeds empty trays into the line one at a time from a stack, at whatever rate the machine behind it is asking for.
Why it is specified
- Feeds on demand rather than on a timer, so trays do not queue at the transfer
- Handles nested and stacked trays from the same magazine
- Detects a mis-fed tray before it reaches the loader

How it works
Fed on demand
Trays are released when the loader asks for one, not on a timer. Nothing queues at the transfer and nothing arrives late.
Nested or stacked
Both feed from the same magazine, so a change of tray type is not a change of machine.
Mis-feeds caught early
A doubled or skewed tray is detected before the loader, where it is a stopped cycle rather than a crash.
