UBE4220 Lane Splitter
Splits one stream into two, three or four lanes to feed parallel machines — or merges them back when only one is running.
Why it is specified
- Splits and merges on the same frame, so a machine down does not stop the line
- Lane balance is automatic against downstream demand, not a fixed ratio
- Changes lane count from the panel between SKUs

How it works
Split or merge, one frame
The same unit divides one stream into lanes or brings lanes back to one. Which it does today is a setting.
Balanced against demand
Lane loading follows what each downstream machine is actually taking, rather than a fixed share that goes wrong the moment one stops.
Lane count is a recipe
Two, three or four lanes selected per SKU from the panel.
