UBE4150 Aligning Conveyor
Turns, squares and centres product so the machine after it sees the same presentation every cycle. Quiet, unglamorous, and the reason the wrapper stops jamming.
Why it is specified
- Squares product to the wrapper infeed, which removes most film waste at the seal
- No hard stops or paddles, so nothing is dented into alignment
- Speed follows the downstream machine automatically

How it works
Squared to the infeed
Product is turned and centred to the presentation the wrapper expects. Most film waste at the seal traces back to product arriving crooked.
No hard stops
Alignment is done with driven surfaces, not paddles and rails. Nothing is dented into position.
Speed follows downstream
The conveyor takes its speed from the machine after it, so it never pushes product into a stopped infeed.
