How it works

Tool changes as a unit

The seal tool lifts out complete. A new tray format is a new tool, not a new machine and not a week of adjustment.

Even pressure across the tool

Seal pressure is distributed evenly to the tool edge. Uneven pressure is why trays leak at one corner and nowhere else.

Gas-flush ready

Modified atmosphere is fitted, not retrofitted. If shelf life becomes the argument later, the machine is already able to make it.
