UBE3100 Horizontal Flow Wrapper
Form-fill-seal wrapping for retail-ready product, at the speed the rest of the line runs. Box-motion sealing head, servo film feed, changeover measured in minutes.
Why it is specified
- Box-motion head gives a long seal dwell without slowing the line
- Film registration is servo-driven, so print stays where the artwork says it should
- Format change is a recipe recall plus one physical adjustment

How it works
Box-motion sealing
The head travels with the film during the seal, so dwell is long without the line being slow. That is the trade every flow wrapper has to make somewhere.
Servo film registration
Print position is held by servo against the registration mark. Artwork ends up where the design said it would, at speed.
Recipe plus one adjustment
A format change is a recipe recall and a single physical setting. Everything else moves itself.
