UBE2140 Multi-Lane Bun Bagger
Counts, collates and bags buns in packs of four, six, eight or twelve without a mechanical change between them. Built for the SKU churn a bun line actually has.
Why it is specified
- Pack count changes from the panel — four to twelve, no tooling
- Collation is verified before the bag opens, so a short pack does not reach the case
- Lanes can be run independently when only one SKU is on

How it works
Counted before it is collated
Product is counted per lane at entry, so a pack is known to be short before the bag is opened for it.
Pack size is a setting
Four, six, eight or twelve from the operator panel. No change parts, which is the whole argument on a line with weekly SKU churn.
Lanes run independently
A single-SKU run uses one lane and leaves the rest stopped, instead of running the whole machine to pack a third of its capacity.
