How it works

Wide Product Handling

The 4000-WPS uses a 40-inch-wide indexing and stacking system designed for controlled handling of large bakery products. The original configuration accommodates products approximately 15 to 17 inches wide and products up to 24 inches long.

Servo-Driven Stacking

A servo-driven stacker uses recipe-controlled cam profiles to provide repeatable stacking motion. The servo-driven infeed incorporates an integrated brake and encoder for precise product control.

Recipe-Based Controls

Product settings and machine timing can be stored through the recipe system for repeatable setup and changeovers. The touchscreen provides machine diagnostics, fault information, and alarm history.

Modern Allen-Bradley Controls

The system utilizes an Allen-Bradley Compact GuardLogix safety controller, Kinetix 5500 servo drives, PowerFlex 525 variable-frequency drives, and RFID safety switches for integrated machine control and safety.
